The pricing for this trip is based on the number of people who sign up for the tour. The prices below include:
9 night accommodations
Entrance fees to all sites
Licensed tour guide
Modern tour bus
Porter’s fees at hotels and at Tel Aviv airport
Tips to tour guide and bus driver
Tips to hotel staff
All breakfasts
All dinners
3 lunches (the rest of the lunches are on your own)
Round trip airfare from Washington, DC or New Orleans, LA.
The price of the tour DOES NOT include:
Travel insurance
Health insurance
Personal expenses
Airport taxes and fuel surcharges
PRICING
The airport taxes and fuel surcharges are currently $518.95. They are also subject to change, but should be in the same general range. Please add this amount to the pricing listed below to get the total tour prices.
The pricing is as follows, double occupancy:
15 people – $3,260 per person plus airport taxes and fuel surcharge
20 people – $2,960 per person plus airport taxes and fuel surcharge
25 people – $2,825 per person plus airport taxes and fuel surcharge
30 people – $2,720 per person plus airport taxes and fuel surcharge
35 people – $2,645 per person plus airport taxes and fuel surcharge
40 people – $2,570 per person plus airport taxes and fuel surcharge
Because the price is dependent on the number of people, it would be in everyone’s best interest to find one or two additional friends or family who are interested in going. The more people who come, the cheaper it is for everyone.
PAYMENT
The payment will be due in increments. The following is the schedule of payments due:

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is protection for you in the event that something happens and the trip must be cancelled. The price of the tour DOES NOT include travel insurance. We are currently looking into some options, but you can purchase travel insurance through most travel agencies.
RESERVATIONS
In order to hold your spot, we must have a registration form completed for you. You CAN submit your registration without a deposit. However, if the maximum number of registrations are received with deposits, registrations without deposits will be cancelled.
